Services
Avenue Z’s services have developed over the years to encompass three main areas:
The company started off primarily as a freelance copywriting provider that organizations could rely on to create engaging copy for a variety of audiences. Associations and for-profit companies come to Avenue Z for help with many types of writing needs, including press releases, white papers, web copy, newsletter articles and more.
When Avenue Z Owner Beth Ziesenis realized that some organizations needed help figuring out what type of copy they needed to produce, she started offering marketing analyses and marketing retreats to help her clients get a clear idea of their marketing goals.
Beth added speaking to the list of Avenue Z services in 2008. As a former college journalism and English instructor, Beth missed interacting in a classroom setting. When she was asked to speak at the annual conference of the California Society of Association Executives, she enthusiastically strapped on a wireless microphone and shared insights from one of her favorite topics: Free and Low-Cost Tech Tools. She expanded the presentations into a series of workshops, webinars and seminars, plus created a companion site, The Cheapskate Freelancer, where attendees could continue to discover more tools.
